According to this Code, the person who has to be present in Rohbar in the course of any work action, the person who has to sign the document prepared by the court in Rohbar, has to cooperate with the court by making the right print. (2) According to sub-section (1), if any person refuses to sit in the Rohbar or to stamp any document and if he refuses to sit in the Rohbar or to stamp the document even after reminding him of the consequences of such refusal, the employee who performs such work or document shall mention the same behavior and not sit in the Rohbar or to stamp the relevant document. The reason for not doing so is to prepare the document by getting the signatures of the other two persons who were present.
(3) The document prepared in accordance with sub-section (2) shall be deemed to have been executed in accordance with the law.
(4) According to this section, the court may impose a fine of up to five thousand rupees on the person who obstructs or does not cooperate with the work of the court.
